Prince William of Wales, son of Princess Diana and Prince Charles will wed Kate Middleton on April 29, 2011 at Westminister Abbey in London. While on a private holiday in Kenya in October , the future King of England proposed marriage to Kate Middleton presenting her with a ring that originally belonged to his mother, the 18 carat white-gold with large oval sapphires and 14 round diamonds ring was Princess Diana's engagement ring. The formal announcement was on November 16, 2011 followed by their first interview to ITV News Political Editor, Tom Bradby which was broadcast on BBC, CNN and Sky News.
